1. Agreement to these terms

3. The website is not advice about your property

4. Evaluations and proposals

An evaluation we carry out is a contractor evaluation. It documents observations and elevation findings and may propose a scope of work. It is not an independent structural assessment by a licensed Professional Engineer and does not carry an engineer's stamp. Where an independent assessment is appropriate, we say so.

A proposal is valid for the period stated on it. Scope, method, and quantities may change if conditions encountered during the work differ materially from what the evaluation indicated; where that happens we explain the change in writing before proceeding.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in USD and are set out in the written proposal for your project. Estimates and planning tools published on this site are for planning only and are not quotes. Payment terms are confirmed in the proposal or contract for the work.

6. Access, permits, and site conditions

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and for disclosing known site conditions such as buried utilities, irrigation, septic systems, and prior repairs. Where a permit is required, the proposal states who is responsible for obtaining it.

7. Scheduling and cancellation

Scheduled appointments and work dates may be affected by weather, ground conditions, or permitting timelines. We will tell you as early as we can. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible; cancellation terms for contracted work are set out in the contract.

8. Warranties

Warranty terms vary by system and scope and are provided in writing with the proposal. The written warranty document governs: it defines coverage, duration, conditions, exclusions, and whether the warranty transfers to a subsequent owner. No statement on this site alters those written terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fort Worth Foundation Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from contracted work is governed by the contract and the written warranty terms for that work.
