A foundation company that would rather explain than sell
We repair foundations in Fort Worth and the surrounding Tarrant, Parker, and Johnson County communities. The thing that distinguishes us is not a proprietary pier. It is that we put the evidence, the scope, and the exclusions in writing so you can check our work against anyone else's.
- Written scope Itemized work, exclusions, and documents on every proposal
- Observation vs. diagnosis We never diagnose a foundation from a photo
- Response within 1 business day Quote requests answered by a person, not an autoresponder
- Transferable warranty terms Written terms you can compare side by side
The problem we set out to fix
Foundation repair has an information problem. A homeowner notices a crack, searches for an answer, and finds pages designed to make them anxious enough to call. Three quotes arrive with pier counts that differ by a factor of three, and none of them explains why.
We built this business around the opposite approach. Measure first. Explain what the measurements mean. Write the scope down in enough detail that a competitor's proposal can be compared against it line by line. And when the evidence does not support repair, say so and leave the report behind anyway.
That approach costs us some jobs. It also means the ones we do get come from people who understood what they were buying, which turns out to be a better way to run a business.

These are checkable. Hold us to them.
Observation stated separately from diagnosis
Our reports say what was measured and seen, then say separately what we conclude it means. You can accept the first and question the second. That separation is the whole point of a report being useful.
Nothing invented
No fabricated reviews, no invented project counts, no citywide average prices, no credentials we do not hold. Where a claim needs a source, we cite one; where we are giving an opinion, we say so.
Scope you can compare
Method, quantities, access, restoration, schedule, exclusions, and warranty terms. Written so that another contractor or an engineer can read it and tell you whether it is reasonable.
Clear about our own limits
We are a contractor. Our evaluation is a contractor evaluation, not a licensed engineer's stamped assessment. We tell you when you need the latter instead of hoping you do not ask.
Who writes what you read here
We disclose how our content is produced, because that is part of being able to trust it.
